To Build A Home

In March of 2014 I became a coordinator on the fundraising team for the Associated Students of Walla Walla University. Let me tell you, I never could have told you the journey it would take me on—I will be going to Uganda in September. I have chosen to go to Uganda because I finally feel as if I have been placed in a position where my passion for Business and Marketing meets my passion for serving others.
The project as a whole is called To Build A Home. The trip I will be taking in September with the ASWWU sponsor, Hilary Catlett, and 6 other students at Walla Walla University, will lay the groundwork for the entire project. The tasks at hand will include but not be limited to:
-Future Mission trip planning
· Facilities (plotting land, talking to architects, pricing supplies, etc.):
· Coordinating with Christalis (The organization we partnered with)
· Photo / Video work
The funds that I raise will provide for my airfare, travel expenses, and living expenses while in Uganda. I wish I could pay for it all myself, but I can’t, and I need your help. Any amount you chose to give will be deeply and sincerely appreciated! I will be there for just under two weeks at the beginning of September.
