Please help Appa, my Maltipoo!

Appa is my loved maltipoo and I'm reaching out for your help because I have seen how generous  people can be when donating to causes that sometimes seem silly, but other times the donations are truly needed and this is one of those times. Any help would truly be appreciated. 

My dog Appa, is a Maltipoo, and about a year ago she started to lose her fur and get a smell I can only describe as yeasty, and her skin began to turn black! I have taken her to the vet more times  than I can count, only to have then say it may be allergies, or a fungal infection.  I have tried everything the vet has suggested, but nothing has worked.  I had Nationwide Pet insurance, but received a letter from them stating that her problem is considered a pre-existing condition and they would not cover it!  

That is why I am asking for your help to take her to a dog dermatologist.  The office visit alone is $200,
which I cannot afford at this time; that is the reason for this go fund me page.  I am hoping that someone will be willing to help by donating just a dollar, because it all adds up and I could use all the help I can get.
