MS Stem Cell Transplant

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis almost 8 years ago.  I have kept a positive attitude about things; despite the loss of my career path I was on and the goals I had for myself and family.  I have been given the chance to get some of that back with a stem cell transplant.  StemGenix is doing treatments approved by the National Institute of Health and they are a major step towards a cure for this disabling and life altering chronic, silent illness.  Please help!
