Please help me!

I know there alot of people out there that need help more than I do, but this is my last shot so I'm giving it a try.
First, I need to explain my situation. Almost exactly six years ago, I was taking some medication for depression. I had diarrhea for six weeks and I was in extreme pain from abdominal cramping. I ended up in the hospital with infectious colitis. After seeing several Gastrointologists, I found out my auto-immune sysem had become dysfuntional and I had Gastroparesis(stomach does't empty all the way), SIBO(too much bacteria in small intestines, good and bad) and Irritable bowesl syndrome with diarrhea. These issues can only be treated with medication and may take some time until a medication is found that will help me. My symptoms are severe diahrrhea, abdominable cramping, nausea, vomiting, severe bloating.
I am now at the point where I have diarrhea 80% of the time and spend the entire day in the bathroom. I have also become severly depressed which has affected my work performance.
I have always worked since I was fifteen years old and for the last 25 years have been a self employed accountant and income tax preparer. Because of my medical and mental issues, I have lost many clients and have gone through my savings to pay rent, bills, etc. I am a 63 year old female and so I am collecting $800 per month in social security benefits. Since I am unable to work a regular job because I can't be reliable with the constant diarrhea, I applied for disability in February of this year. At the end of August I recieved a letter saying that I was denied disability.
I have been given several different medications to relieve my symptoms, but the diarreah persists to the point where my rectum is bleeding.
I am unable to focus or concentrate on my work and am now not making enough money to pay rent and bills.
I am appealing the disability denial which takes up to a year.
The letter of denial I received listed the doctors who's records they considered which did not include my gastrointestinal doctor!! They also said that I was perfectly able to work and that my medications were working, despite the fact that my doctor's notes say that I have gone through several medications and my diarrhea is still severe along wth all my other symptoms.
I need help to pay rent and bills for the next couple of months or I will not be able to pay my rent. I don't even make enough money to rent a room, pay bills, buy groceries and gas when I am only getting around $1,000 a month. So I have nowhere to go and will probably end up on the streets if I don't get some kind of financial help. I have spent hours trying to find ways that I can survive to no avail and everything takes time, which I don't have!
I need some financial help ASAP so I can at least have a place to live during the holidays. I don't have any family, so no help there...
I would be so grateful for some help so I can continue to find somewhere else to live and perhaps find some other way to get financial help. I hate even asking for help like this, but I am desparate!!
