Tami and I have started this page so that those of you who would like to show their supprt for Stacey could do so. Here is Stacey recent story so that you have a better understanding as to why we are doing this.

Stacey has encountered a number of recent trials in his life. Most everyone knows he is divorced with three elementary aged children. This situation alone has Stacey financially strapped.

When it rains it pours. About 10 months ago Stacey was rear ended and his only means of transportation was totaled. The woman who hit him was texting and drivng, he has it on video. She carried very low level insurance and Stacey has recieved nothing from this accident. His insurance company is still battling that.

Then due to a mix up with the IRS, his accounts were frozen. Stacey did meet with a Lawyer and Stacey is in the right and has filled appropriate paperwork but was told it could take 8 months for the IRS to sort out.

Stacey came to visit his family over the 4th of July for one week. When Stacey returned home, he was laid off from his job. Yes that is right, about a week and a half before his accident he was liad off of work. Stacey has insurance thru the rest of July and then our parents will pick up his cobra. We all know cobra is very expensive.

Then, on Jully 22nd, Stacey was hit by a car while riding his motorcycle. He sustained multilpe broken ribs, ruptured diaphram, bruised kidneys, lungs, pancrease, stomach......the lists goes on. He has been on life support, undergone multiple surgeries with more to come. His medical bills are going to be extensive.

Any one of these things happing in our own lives would be overwhelming. He has gone through so much, however, his outlook on life was positive and and he had some great things happening that he was so excited about.

We are very grateful that his vital signs are strong, that he sustained no tramatic head injuries and that he has made it this far. The road in front of him is going to be long and slow. God has met my parents each day and has supplied them with what they needed in that moment and we as a family will continue to lean into our great God for strength, patience, and healing while trusting that he has Stacey tighly in his hands and will provide for him.
