Dental Work

Hello, my name is Philbert and I'm 19 years old, and this is my backstory.
I am from Indonesia and now I have been living in the US for 3 years. I have a part time job with a minimum wage right now, working 25 hours a week which barely pays for me a place to stay and other necessities. Covid-19 got me laid off from my full-time job. I have no income at all for a while and also have my insurance cut off. I tried to save up all the way I can by splitting 1 meal into 3 portioning and not going out very often. I'm also currently looking for a full-time job and another part-time job to help myself but it's been hard with the Covid situation. I want to stay strong so I can make my mom proud in Indonesia. 

I went to the dentist and I am devastated by my screening and consultation's result. I was raised under the poverty level by my mom and I don't have the money to go to the dentist when I was in Indonesia. I was in a car accident back in middle school and had injury to my 4 front teeth that weren't taken care of because of my poverty level and now it is taking a toll on my oral health. I am in need of 2 front teeth implants (Incisors) because it broke by the accident and I have to let it sit for years without professional help.  The dentist told me that it needs to be taken care of as soon as possible because my teeth are nerve dead and decaying, and are going to fall out. Unfortunately, they cannot be saved at all and are loosening up and hurting.
