Asking for help with medical treatment.

Hello there, my name is Jeff Cordova and I am fundraising to help with my medical bills and to bring me back to a healthier mind body and soul.

The last two years were a bit of a pickle. First being hospitalized with covid in 2021 then again in 2022 after an infection brought on a case of gangrene. After surgery and physical recovery, I was on my feet again but now type 2 diabetes was kicking me down hard.

I had been struggling with controlling my diabetes beforehand and things were even worst. Medication was helping but then in late October of 2022, I lost part of my vision. Going to the doctor revealed that there was something unknown wrong with my right eye and my left is needing monthly injections.

I have never been one to ask for help, which is why I am in this situation. I have always felt that I need to earn that help. As of now, I am limited in how much I can do and how long I can do anything physical. While I still try to do all I can it's just not enough.

I'm living beyond paycheck to paycheck. Insurance is only helping a little and now, I ask for help.

My medical expenses are beyond my means. Today, I ask for help to soften the blow and I will do all I can to heal and do better.
