First Muslim Graveyard Saskatchewan

Our goal is to establish first graveyard for muslims in Saskatchewan. We started the campaign that needed $440,000, we have deadline for July 1, 2017 and need remaining $50,000 to accomplish our mission.

Below is little history for this Project:
About the Land:
Its approximately 80 acres agriculture land.
Corman Park has pre-approved this land for discretional use of cemetery and worship place.
It’s an uphill land, ideal for graveyard so the rain and melting snow water won’t damage graves.
Very convenient location for Saskatoon and Saskatchewan residents.
Price of the land:
Owner has demanded $480k. Our first offer was $380k which was declined. We hired a professional appraisal company and they appraised it ranged $473K-$440K.
Finally we agreed upon $440 k Alhamdulill'ALLAH
What's the plan?
Proposed area for graveyard is 20 acres rest of land will be used according to community’s future needs.
Register a funeral house to reduce the price further, for a burial.
Terms of payment
Prairie Muslim Association has to pay full amount of $440 k by 1st July 2017
