Help me bring my dad back home!

Two years ago, my dad was diagnosed with stage 3 renal cell carcinoma, a type of kidney cancer. Since then, he has had surgery to remove his left kidney and completed his chemo pills. All of his follow up scans came back negative for any signs of mets. My dad started feeling energetic again, and decided to go to the Philippines to visit family after his doctors said he has likely made a smooth recovery and was pretty healthy. He left for the Philippines on August 23rd, 2018, excited to spend time with his relatives and friends in the small town he grew up in. 

On September 15th, I got a call from my uncle that changed everything. My father became unresponsive and eventually started seizing after experiencing massive headaches. He is currently unstable and is being treated in an ICU in Daet, Camarines Norte. Doctors believe he may have metastatic disease to the brain, but don't have all of the necessary resources to fully evaluate him. My family's goal is to get him transferred to a hospital in Manila, which has more of the medical resources he needs, such as an MRI. Traveling by ground will take about 8 hours, which isn't ideal for his condition. To lessen the amount of time he would need to travel, and we hope to transfer him with an air ambulance. Unfortunately, the cost of an air ambulance alone will be above what we can currently afford. This doesn't include our last minute travel expenses and the inevitable medical bills. A current goal of $20000 has been set to help with these costs.
