Nancy's Medical Fund

Nancy Gudd and her husband were in a very serious car accident on Tuesday, February 20, 2018. She is recovering at Duke University Hospital from a long list of injuries: Broken wrist, several ribs, sternum, several vertebrae, pelvis , lower right leg, ankle, hip and punctured lung. She has undergone surgery to screw her pelvis back together and put a plate in her wrist. Thankfully, her husband was spared with only minor injuries.

Nancy is one of the toughest people you'll ever meet and a fighter but the road to recovery is going to be long and daunting. She will be unable to walk or stand for three months while her pelvis heals. She will then have to learn to walk again.
