An Angel Has Earned His Wings

There are no words to describe the joy that this amazing young man, Monty Earl Montgomery II, brought to so many. Monty touched the lives of everyone that had the privilege of knowing him. He was the most positive, warm, and loving person imaginable, and never failed to make us laugh, even during difficult times. Monty had a smile that could light up a room. He took great pleasure in the simple things in life and it took so little to make him happy. What he loved most in this world was spending time with his family. A barbecue in the sunshine with his family and friends was heaven on earth for him and the joy never left his eyes. Monty was courageous, far and away above anyone else I've ever known. He held strong and fought the good fight throughout his life and made everyone so proud. There's never been a child more loved. Monty lost his battle last night and gained his wings in heaven. He went peacefully, surrounded by family and friends. His amazing family has a long road of healing ahead. I ask that if you are able, to give what you can to help, not only with funeral costs, but to help allow Donna and Monty time to grieve the loss of their child.
