My cat was hit by a car that ran away and ignored the responsibility. Any donations would be amazing to cover the cost of his blood works and his stay at the vets overnight. He was hit by a car that hit his lower half although he hopefully still lives this one night has cost about a grand and we are unsure that he will make it through the night this petition is to cover the cost of his surgery and the hope for signs in the area to tell cars to slow down when coming off the bridge
