Help A Dad Get His Daughter Back

As long as you have known Jason he has had his daughter every second of every day since she was born. From him stopping Jaylyn's mom from giving her up for adoption to her first birthday party. From his first filing in NY when she was 3 and every single family member of his daughters mother showed up in court to say Jaylyn should be with her father to every single picture and video he posted on his Facebook from the time she was 3 and all the horrible thing Kristy has done to Jaylyn.
He has filed and spent over 16,000.00 over the course of his daughters life trying to just keep her safe along with being sole provider and having her 80% of the time her whole life and still allowing Kristy to claim her. To Kristy being recorded Torturing Jaylyn.
He recently filed again here in NY state because of Jaylyn's mother violating the custody order put in place in April that stated 2 weeks of visits in the summer and Christmas spent with Jason. Jason hasn't been able to see his daughter since January 2019 and hasnt talked to her in 3 months. Jason's  mother hasn't spoken to her in 7 months. Jason didn't get a birthday call, no calls for Christmas, new years, nothing.
So what Kristy did was file in Ohio to try and run from all the horrible things she has done in NY and had papers sent to addresses he didn't and doesn't live at. 
He now needs e everyone's help more than ever... He has to fight in Ohio for Jaylyn's well being and get her out of all this mental abuse and torture and back where all Kristy's family, the law guardian for over 10 years and even NY courts new she should be as he already had Residential custody once.
Now the court fees are going to be over the 3000.00 mark but this will help so much and Jason a struggling Dad really really needs you.
Please I beg of all of you, please help a dad who so needs it and a child who needs it even more. PLEASE...
