2 Deep water wells

Salaam, 

I pray you are well and in the best of health and imaan, 

we are raising funds to install a deep water well in Bangladesh in memory of a dear friends mother who has recently departed from this world and returned to Almighty Allah ﷻ. 

‘The Messenger of Allah ﷺ‘ was asked, “Which charity is best?” He replied, “[Providing] water”’. [Abu Dawud]

villages who don’t have access to clean water face unimaginable hardships, with women and children walking for hours to collect even a little water, and families unable to support themselves due to lack of education and livelihood. Having access to safe water is a basic human right and fulfilling this right is an excellent Sadaqah. 

Within 9/12 months this water well will provide clean water to vulnerable families in Bangladesh and transforming their lives for the better. it is all down to us to provide this. 

A water well doesn’t just provide the best of charities, it’s a Sadaqah Jariyah that continues to give, and continues to bless the giver for as long as it’s in use. For every drop that quenches their thirst and grows their crops to feed them you will be rewarded. 

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: “Protect yourself from hell-fire even by giving a piece of date as charity.” (Al-Bukhari and Muslim)
