PLEASE HELP GOTTI

This is Gotti.....Gotti and I have a long history. He was a rescue that I worked with and formed a "special" bond with.  He is such a special boy and he needs all of our help! The pictures above show him before being adopted a couple of years ago and the last one is of him now. His owner is unable to give him the care he so desperately needs and his owner has surrendered him to me. Gotti is currently in California and I have made arrangements to have him transported by a volunteer out that way to a vet. Before we can get him transported back to Vermont and in a new home he will need medical care. Please help me get Gotti the care he needs so desperately. Anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated and I know Gotti thanks you so very much!
