Help Alex fight against cerebral palsy

My little brother Alex was born with meningitis, sepsis, hydrocephalus which led to cerebral palsy and epilepsy. He also lost his hearing in his ears and his depth perception. Alex is now 4 with delays in his development. He can't walk nor stand up on his own and even with a walker it is a struggle and is painful for him .
Alex needs a special surgery called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR) which involves cutting spastic nerves fibres that are sending the wrong messages to his muscles. The surgery will allow him to have a chance of a normal life which he needs it urgently before he turns 7 because the surgery won't be effective by then.
The surgery will cost us around £20,000 - £30,000 and physiotherapy will cost us around £13,000. We have been waiting 2 years for the NHS for the procedure but time is not in our favour. Alex is a happy active boy with limits of what his body allows him to do. Alex will need the operation to be pain free and to stand and walk independently.
