Medical and living expense

Hi

     My name is Marlin Siecinski.  I have had chronic back pain most of my life, It all started when I had a bad ski accident while enjoying the sport.  This happened when I was about 20 years old, over the years it has been progressively increasing in pain.  I was self employed for 34 years using every method to not cause more pain than usual.   I have spent personal money on every trick you see advertised, and more.

               I have thousands of dollars in medical bills etc.   Since I was self employed I was able to choose the jobs I was capable of doing without causing extra pain, I was able to maintain health insurance while self employed which was a very high deductible. During the last 10 years I have been using a device that was surgecly planted in my abdomen, which sends small amounts of morphine into the spinal fluid at the vertebrae that is causing the problem, this is working very well,  if I am not required to do heavy work.

The first one that was implanted worked for about 4 years, then suddenly  stopped  , causing a very bad withdrawal and severe lower back pain, until they were able to install a new one. The company clamed corrosion inside the motor causing it to stall.  Because of the back pain I chose to move to a warmer climate to stop some of the pain.  I was able to get a job with an appliance co. in FL with the agreement with the owners to do non back straining work, main reason to get the job was to get health insurance  still a very high deductable .  After working with this company for about 4 years,  my second pain pump quit working .  the company claims the reason was corrosion in the  motor causing it to stall.  Again I was in severe pain and going into withdrawals .  I now have a third drug infusion pump costing me additional debt because of the very high deductable on the insurance.  When hurricane Irma came through Florida, the area where I live was about 1 mile for the eye, the area was devastated.  At this time I do not have a job and am in the presses of getting disability from the gov.  In order to be able to get onto disability , I will  not be able to work for about 14 months in order to qualify .  I am trying to get through this process with no work.  The recourses in my area are very limited, for revenue for me so I am trying to get funds to pay off bills and survive until my disability is approved.  Medical problems I have are, Diabetes, carpal tunnel, sleep apnea, no feeling in my feet because of the diabetes,  also causing the feeling in my hands to diminish, I also was diagnosed with small a tumor on my pituitary gland, I have not had it checked for a few years because of my location compared to a hospital that can deal with this kind of problem.  While working I would not be able to obtain care without traveling a long distant , to obtain a Oncologist.  I have been living off my 2016 tax return since September, but it is about to run out.  At this point I am not sure what I am going to do.    Please help
