Jay's Heart

Update-Jay is now 39 no longer plays in his band but still plays music at home. He can’t work. Doesn’t ride his bike anymore. Almost going on 5 years on the transplant list. Anything will help. Thanks so much.

If you know Jay or if you ever get the change to meet him you will see he brings life into to everyone he meets or knows. Jay as a grown man (34) has always been active he plays the mandolin, disc golf, rides his bike with pedals for transportation, he is a master carpenter, surfs, swims and more. However, after 3 open heart surgeries a pace maker and defibrillator his heart is tired and Jay can no longer do these things he loves including work. His Doctors says he needs a transplant.
