Teddys Journey

Teddy is now 2 years 8 months old and with your help he can now roll over, sit up, crawl and shuffle. 

 MRI showed Teddy has hypoplasia of corpus callousm which means the middle part of the brain that sends messages to either side of the brain is not fully formed.
Genetic testing also revealed pettigrew syndrome, intellectual development delay. 

We are always trying and hoping to raise money to cover the costs of private therapy and equipment he may need. 

We regularly attend brain wave costing £350 every 6 months for a refresher 1 day course. 
This is to design a programme of physio personal to Teddys needs and to show us how to do the exercises properly. 

Any extra money we have will go towards any equipment Teddy may need.  Now we have a house we would like to make it suitable for Teddy to enjoy as well. 

We are of course using all the services the NHS are offering but we can't just rely on them. 
Teddy needs regular therapy to have any hope in walking and talking as soon as possible, the research Iv carried out shows it could take years for Teddy to start walking and perhaps longer to talk on his own. 

We would greatly appreciate any help offered and will share updates of teddys progress.
