For My Mom

Hello!
 My sister and I created this page in order to help our mother who was diagnosed with a glioblastoma (cancerous brain tumor). Even after surgery and treatment (radiation and chemotherapy) she has not recovered 100% and has been unable to work for almost four years. About a year ago the cancer was believed to be in remission, however, recent MRI scans show discrepancies. Although she receives disability she still has a hard time supporting herself and our [rapidly growing] 16 year old brother. She even moved over a thousand miles away (Virginia to Arkansas) because of the difference in the cost of living. Being as young as we are (21) and college students our ability to help support the family is limited. Our mother hates asking for help, which is why we are doing it for her. Donations will be used to help support our little brother, pay for medical expenses, health insurance, and any other miscellaneous finances that will assist our mother in having a healthier and more fulfilling life.
