Save us from heatstroke - Car AC Fix!

It is presently 113 degrees outside. The picture below is the temperature inside my van when we got in this afternoon to go to the doctor's office. It reads 155 degrees. When we arrived at the doctor's office after a 20 minute drive with the windows open, the thermometer read 120 degrees.
The van's AC is broken. So is our other car's AC. We've not been able to afford to repair either, as the mechanics we've talked to say that the entire compressors need to be replaced on both vehicles. My doctor has advised me that I shouldn't be in the car for more than 10 minutes, if at all - something that's impossible if I need to go anywhere. It's dangerous to take my children out, anywhere, trapping us at home - even a simple trip to a movie theater courts heat exhaustion for a small child. We're trying to train two puppies as service dogs for our sons, and we can't take them anywhere in the car because it's far too hot for their health. This is hampering their training and socialization skills.
There are so many things that I would like to do - and I can barely drive to the grocery store. Ice cream purchases are impossible. I worry about my husband every time he drives home, as I know he's driving 45 minutes in a black car in this heat. He's courting heatstroke each day he drives to work, but he has no choice.
Asking for help comes hard to me, but the safety and health of my family must come first. Thus I reach out and ask, nay, plead and beg, that you find it in your hearts to donate to repairing the air conditioners in our cars. My goal is to see both the van and the car's AC repaired, based on the quotes we've been given by mechanics. Please. Help us. I fear for my family's health every time we drive somewhere in this Arizona heat.
