Heart 2 Heart

Hello and good day eveyone, I have been diagnosed with End Stage Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) which is a condition where as the heart's function as a pump is inadequate to meet the body's needs. This condition has gotten to the point where I need a new heart. For now I am waiting to be put on the transplant list. Recently I was hospitalized for 15 days because I could not breathe. And now I am off of work until I receive a new heart. Now I am back in the hospital because the Doctor says he does not feel comfortable with me outside the hospital until I receive a new heart.  Needless to say, bills are piling up and with 5 people (4 kids and a wife) that depend on my support. Any and all help is needed to keep up with bills and the needs of my family. Also there are life events I would like to do with my kids and family, call it a bucket list. There is no guarantee that I can have a transplant or that I can wait that long so time is not on my side. This is a subject that I have not advertised because of my pride, not wanting anyone to feel sorry for me. Well now I need a helping hand. Please donate what you can.
