Bring Brayden Home

Whitney is a loving mother and provider for her son Brayden. She is a full-time employee, single mom, and tries her best to give Brayden all that be needs. Whitney and Brayden moved home to California in June of 2015. From there, she and her ex-husband, who lives in Missouri, shared joint custody of Brayden, however by his own choice, has not seen Brayden in 3 years and has not tried to communicate with Brayden in almost a year. On Friday morning, August 17th, Whitney received a text message stating that he was awarded full and sole custody of Brayden and he was in Madera to take Brayden back to Missouri. Whitney had no choice but to surrender Brayden to his father. He had given his attorney an old address and and wrong contact information, so Whitney was never served nor had the option to fight for her son. What would have been his second day of Kindergarten, she had to unenroll her son.

Whitney was done wrong and now has to fight the biggest fight of her life. With 3 weeks before Brayden turns 6, this will be the first birthday Whitney will not get to be with Brayden. Whitney needs our help. She will have to get an attorney in Missouri to represent her and help her get Brayden back. Whitney is a great mom and an honest person who had no idea what she was about to face. Any parent knows that our kids are our lives, now Whitney's life has been taken away from her with no warning and no way to protect her child.
