Get me to my new job

Updated: I've accepted the job offer in Bend, Oregon, and I leave in my truck on Tuesday the 12th of August, in order to start work on the 14th.

My wife is still not coming right away, but plans to move up before the end of the year, basically as soon as I can set up an apartment large enough for us and the cats, plus afford to ship the entire household up north.

In the mean time, I need to raise the money for expenses through the beginning of September plus all expenses related to the move to Bend.

A huge bonus would be a way to purchase my wife a small, inexpensive car, as I will need to drive my truck up to move myself, and we do not have a second vehicle.
