Terry's Wisdom Teeth Must GO!

Anyone got a pair of pliers? . . .Terry is a do-it-himself kind of guy, and I think given the option to pull these suckers out himself, he probably would! He also is terrible at asking for help, and would be mortified to know I am doing this. Shhh, don't tell him!
While Terry works very hard, his jobs do not offer dental insurance, and at this point, most insurures would consider this a 'pre-existing condition'. I have watched him silently tolerate this pain, which is so bad at times that he just chooses to go without a meals.
The difficulty for him lies in the up-front costs associated with having this procedure done. His last dental exam revealed that his wisdom teeth are fully developed and are pressing into the sides of his molars. If he does not have the surgery, he is at risk for longterm damage to his teeth, nerves, gums, and overall oral health. He was quoted $1500-$2000 at OSU's Student Dental Clinic. There are no payment plans and OSU expects payment at the time of service. This did not include the cost of any pain medication.
