Many of you have shopped at Tuxedos in Duvall and know Vicky, it's friendly proprietor. On Friday, July 18th in Redmond her daughter Cara an innocent bystander was stabbed. She had an catastrophic brain injury which is not recoverable and the family has incurred great medical expenses.
