Chic's Medical Fund

Hey this is Courney,I am 65 years old. I was diagnoised with COPD 11/2years ago. The disease was at an advanced stage when  I finally met my health team at Duke Hospital. In order to save my life they have recommended a lung transplant. I have a wife and a 17 year old son who need my care. The transplant   program that I hope to join requires I have money available for my care pre and post surgery beyond what insurance will pay. I have managed to save a portion of the required amount howeverI can not get in the program without the full amount. My health is quickly deteriorating and I realized I must start my medical treatment.
       These funds will be used to pay for living accommodations and transportation to and from Duke. The program will require that I live within 20 minutes of Duke Hospital for 90/180 days  post surgery. Because I have a child  my hope is to allow him to remain in his home while my wife and I deal with this surgery.
        Because of my declining health I need these funs as soon as possible. Any help form my friends and family will life saving. I thank you for your help and prayers
