For Louie

So I'm current sitting in the waiting room at the emergency vet. I came home today expecting my Corgi-Pitt mix (I call him a porgi :) Louie to greet me happily at the door like usual. Instead I found him laying on the floor unable to get up, with vomit and feces everywhere. I rushed him to the emergency vet. They told me his temperature and blood pressure is dangerously low and he has fluid in abdomen. They're telling me he won't make it until morning unless they do emergency surgery. I covered a good part of it myself but they're telling me unless I can come up with the remaining $4,000-$6000 by tomorrow they'll have to release him. He's my best friend and I'm a wreck right now. He's seriously the sweetest dog and loves everyone he meets unconditionally. Any help you give would be so appreciated.
