Rally For Bryan Wynne’s Medical Cost

Donation protected
Hello all, my name is Taylor Ciganek-Wynne. I am fundraising to help support my father Bryan Wynne. My father just turned 45 this past fall, and recently had his first grandchild. Despite his young age, in recent years Bryan has been struggling with diabetes. For those of you who may not know, people with diabetes have increased risk of developing heart disease. That being said, when Bryan began having chest pains in December, he found himself scheduling an appointment with a specialist. When Bryan met with the specialist he had a procedure done called a heart catheterization - the purpose of this was to find out if he had any blockages in his arteries that was causing his chest pains. Of the five main arteries that support the heart - Bryan has five blockages. Bryan has one blockage of 100%, two blockages of 70% a fourth blockage at 99% and the final blockage at 30%. The doctors plan to do a quintuple bypass to help repair the damage. This surgery will be widely invasive as the doctors will be breaking Bryan’s chest plate open in order to access a vein from his leg as well as arteries from other parts of his chest to bypass the corroded arteries to repair the damage. Bryan works in technology repair that often requires he be able to lift heavy machinery. Following the procedure Bryan will be out of work for over two months and due to the breaking of his chest plate he will be unable to lift over 10 lbs until the chest break is fully repaired. The doctors have specified that if he does lift too much weight it could be the difference between his chest plate having to be broken and reset all over again which I’m sure you can imagine will be incredibly painful. Because of these factors we anticipate Bryan will be out of work for approximately 2-3 months which will be incredibly difficult financially for our family. For those of you who may have been following the family, at this time last year Bryan’s wife, my mother - Jennifer Wynne was hospitalized for several months and needed emergency surgery. The past year has led to incredible financial stress for the family. Any donations would be greatly appreciated. Bryan has been a strong leader for our family and I cannot imagine the stress that he will be going through in the coming months. As his daughter I want nothing more than to try and help him in anyway that I know how. Thank you all for reading this post, any likes, shares or donations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Taylor Ciganek-Wynne
