Vet care for Gus

Hey Everyone,
Dear friends of mine, Terri and Mitch Maulik, are in a heart breaking situation where they could lose their dog, who is a super special dog to their family. Gus was bottle fed by Terri when he was only 2 days old and he came into her life right when her heart needed it the most. Terri and her family were still mourning the loss of her sweet daughter Mackenzie when Gus came into their lives and gave them a distraction from the heart ache that they were feeling.
To say that this pup is special is a huge understatement and I have seen the joy that he has brought back to my friend in his four years. He is a blessing and now they are fighting to keep him alive and happy. Gus was just diagnosed with a idiopathic chylothorax which will require an expensive surgery.
My friends would never ask for help because they are always the ones who help others. I asked Terri for her blessing to make this fundraiser to help them because they are the most caring and loving people on the planet and they will put themselves into debt to save their sweet Gus without a second thought. I don't want them to have to do that! I know they have many loving and caring friends and family who would gladly pitch in a little, even in this crazy time, to help little Gus feel better and buy Terri and Mitch many many more years of love and wet noses with him.
I set the goal at $10,000 which will not cover everything, but will help alleviate some of the bigger bills to come for Gus' surgery and his chest drainings. Please help if you can and pass this on to others who you think can help as well. If you have any questions please contact me or Terri.
