Ajuda’ns a que en Quim es pugui posar dret una estona cada dia! Som una família numbrosa que afronta diàriament els reptes d’una discapacitat física que afecta la mobilitat del nostre Quim. Tot i les dificultats, mai no deixem de lluitar per oferir-li les millors eines i oportunitats per desenvolupar tot el seu potencial.
 Actualment, necessitem adquirir un bipedestador, un aparell ortopèdic que permet col·locar la persona en posició dreta, fins i tot quan no pot caminar. Aquest equipament no només ajuda a enfortir les cames, sinó que és un pas essencial per progressar cap a altres exercicis que podrien oferir-li més mobilitat i, en conseqüència, més autonomia personal.
 Per què necessitem la vostra ajuda?
Com moltes famílies en la nostra situació, fem front a múltiples despeses relacionades amb la discapacitat: teràpies, adaptacions a la llar, equipament especial... I, per molt estructurat que estigui el pressupost familiar, hi ha necessitats que sobrepassen les nostres possibilitats econòmiques. Aquest és el cas del bipedestador.

Com pots ajudar?
 Volem ser molt clars: qualsevol ajuda, per petita que sigui, serà enormement valuosa per nosaltres. Entenem que és un tema sensible, i volem insistir que només contribueixi qui realment ho desitgi i ho pugui fer amb total llibertat. No volem que ningú se senti obligat per amistat, familiaritat o qualsevol altre motiu.
 Una reflexió important:
Ens ha costat molt prendre la decisió d’iniciar aquesta campanya. Sempre hem cregut que, en la mesura del possible, cada unitat familiar ha de mirar de resoldre els seus temes econòmics fent equilibris dins les seves possibilitats. Però, tal com ens havien advertit altres famílies amb fills discapacitats que ens porten avantatge en edat, a mesura que el nostre fill Quim creix, les despeses es tornen exponencialment incontrolables per a la majoria d’economies: cada vegada es necessiten més serveis i més equipament especialitzat.
