Update on my nephew mcKoy- he's 2!
He has a wilms tumor stage 4, in his lungs and lymph nodes. They will do surgery for chemo port & biopsy tues. Just to know exactly how they want to treat him. the scans show & it has overtaken his entire kidney & pushed all his other organs to the other side.
They will be doing another scan tomorrow to see if they can remove the whole kidney, if the tumor has not attached to a main artery then it is possible and this will be a little easier on little McKoy! But will still be looking at a year of chemotherapy and will have to treat the lymph nodes and 2 posts in his lungs. All proceeds will go to Both parents an help with any exspensive after medical bills are taking care if so neither parent is left with any hardship more than their little baby's hard journey!
