Buzz needs a new power wheelchair

Hello everyone buzz is one of my favorite people and such a kind soul and daily aids of living is no longer paying for his wheelchair. He can litteraly only take a few steps and pivot and they say now with the government regulations that have changed if he can stand and walk a couple steps hes no longer covered. I tried calling around for him and everyone I talked to said the same thing. Budget cuts. His chair is 10 years old . Anyways I don't know if you can but I help but even If you can donate even 10 bucks for him would help. He is a wonderful guy and deserves some help!
