Buy the Rave Preservation Project new computers

Hello, my name is Matthew. I started the Rave Preservation Project (RPP) a number of years ago. I carried around a box of memorabilia from the underground rave scene for decades. Once the internet became prevalent is today’s culture, the time came for me to build a site, digitize and share with friends and family. This was done mostly to recall great times we had “back in the day”. Friends donated their memorabilia to be added to the archive. I curated, digitized, and archived the donations adding the scans to the website. The word got out! People from around the world began sending in their memorabilia and RPP took off.

The RPP computers are as old as the project and on their last legs. This campaign is to raise enough money to buy a decent Desktop and Laptop powerful enough to make the digital part of the work enjoyable again and last another 10 years. The desktop and laptop are used for web development, scanning, post production on the scans, digital archiving, and anything digital for RPP. 

Minus GoFundMe fees this project will give RPP around $5700 to buy brand new, pretty decent computers.
