Buy a $2,000 Mug For ME/CFS!

SO since Afflicted came out and pretty much destroyed any hopes of MECFS advocacy I had planned to use it for, I’ve been looking for ways to make up for it, ways to right that wrong...
I have a crazy idea that might help raise awareness for ME/CFS and other chronic illnesses.
I was listening to the latest episode of Dax Shepard’s podcast, Armchair Expert. He has had an ongoing joke about selling $2,000 coffee mugs on his online store, but someone actually bought one the other day. So he called the person and recorded it for the podcast. He asked which charity the person wanted the money donated to and they spent a few minutes talking about a homeless shelter. It was really cool.
My idea is to try to replicate that exposure for MECFS. It might sound far-fetched, but Dax has millions of listeners and he said he would do the same thing for anyone who bought a mug. So I think this is a great opportunity to turn $2,000 into much, much more in donations to an MECFS charity. At the very least I’m sure he would just donate the $2,000 to an ME charity and we’d essentially break even. So please consider donating to help us buy this mug ... also it will have been used by him or another celebrity on his show, which is either really cool or incredibly disgusting, I’m not sure which.
