Liam's funeral fund

Dearest friends, I am reaching out to you on behalf of the family of my wonderful nannies Maria and Eva, who just a couple of days ago experienced one of the deepest losses imaginable. Liam Carrera, precious cousin to Maria and nephew of Eva, barely 2 years old, tragically died in the most heartbreaking way. His devoted grandmother Alicia, Eva's sister, was backing out of her driveway when Liam, unaware that his grandmother was in the car, ran behind the car and was run over by the SUV. He died instantly, without Alicia realizing what had happened until she saw his tiny body lying lifeless on the driveway. Friends, I cannot convey the pain this family is experiencing, and as a mother I cannot conceive of the anguish that Alicia must be feeling. 
This amazing family has been a part of my family's life for 6 years, and their generous love and deep faith has blessed us in so many ways. Today though, they are being challenged in a way that even faith and love tremble and waver without support. This is why I have started this campaign, to not only raise the money needed for Liam's funeral and medical bills, but to remind Alicia, Eva, Maria, Liam's mom and dad, and the rest of family that they will be loved, supported and prayed for as they grieve and wrestle with this saddest of accidents. 
It is my prayer and humble request that you would give what you can to offset the costs of Liam's care, and in doing so remind this suffering family that there is a universal source from which we can draw daily strength and hope....LOVE.
I will be giving the money we raise to Liam's family at his funeral, which is currently being planned.
