Peel-Tek 150 Liquid Masking Tape & Peelable Protective Surface Coating was created by Scott Halbert who is a building contractor in Bastrop, TX while on a remodel job and needing a masking product that would stick to stone, brick and other rough, porous surfaces. Scott could not find a product to meet his needs anywhere in the marketplace and being somewhat of an inventor he set about to create one. Peel-Tek 150 was born out of that need. Since then the Peel-Tek team has gained some success through sales on Amazon as well as being placed in these major retail markets: Do It Best, Ace Hardware, McCoy's Building Supply and Farmers Lumber Company.
However, we are now at a cross roads and need marketing capital to continue with the momentum we have created. We have utilized social media and launched a television commercial which has begun Brand Awareness but we need to do much more.
My name is Michelle Mitchell, I am the sister of the inventor, Scott Halbert, I have spent the past 3 years working hard to generate the momentum that we are now experiencing but I need help. As of this post I am literally working for free, which is challenging but in my opinion worth it to get this product to a place of sustainability. Peel-Tek 150 is the only product currently on the market that allows the consumer to mask and protect both porous and non porous surfaces (think glass, metal plastic but also stone, brick and cement) Peel-Tek is environmentally friendly, easy to use and provides an option that otherwise does not exist. Many industries benefit from Peel-Tek 150, the building and construction industry, painting (residential, commercial, automotive, etc) the crafting industry (they love this product!) and many more.
I would hate to see all of our hard work end up being shelved due to lack of marketing funds and it would mean the world to me to see Peel-Tek be a top contender in the industry. http://www.peel-tek.com
