A Gold Coast Multicultural Community Initative
The 2019/2020 bushfires have been considered as one of the worst bushfires in recorded history, with thousands of displaced Australians, and many deaths, our heart goes out to those who have been afflicted.
The brave Firefighters, SES, and volunteers are working tirelessly to save lives and properties. Harrowing images and stories of everyday Australians clinging on to belongings their hands can carry.

Livestock and wild animals charred by the fences as they could not escape the ravaging flames. Our iconic outback and bushland have been reduced to ashes. Anger and frustration is everywhere, and our fellow Australians are calling upon all of us in their time of need.
The silver lining is how we, Australians, have united to help those affected. The Gold Coast Multicultural Societies are calling upon the generosity of all Australians once again, join us for in this great cause to aid those who have been displaced and who are worst affected in these on-going bushfires.

Being a Muslim based organistion, in Queensland. All the funds raised will be utilised in sending our personnel in Queensland to New South Wales to the affected indigenous communities in the South Coast of New South Wales, these include Mogo, Cobargo with a main drop point at the Cobargo Bushfire relief centre.
Our Queensland team, ICARE, Islamic Council of Queensland will be uniting in Sydney representing 50,000 Muslims around Queensland, to meet up with our suppliers and distributors on friday the 17th of January to gather supplies for distribution to the South Coast New South Wales on the 18th of January.
