Burial of our Sweet Angel “DeMaura Ann Perkins”

On August 31, 2019 our beloved “DaMaura Ann Perkins” succumbed to an untimely death due to an automobile accident at the hands of a drunk driver.
DaMaura was a beautiful 13 year old girl, who had a bright future and even bigger aspirations. Throughout her life, from kindergarten to 8th Grade, she remained on Honor Roll and recently was promoted to High School and was 1 of 7 to be promoted with honors and special academic achievements. At a young age, she already knew what she wanted to do with her life. Her life’s goal was to become a lawyer and have that lead her all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Her deeper dream, more specifically, was to become the first African American female to sit as a Justice of the Supreme Court.
We have no doubt that this dream is something that she would have achieved had life not intervened in such a tragic way. Due to her untimely death that our family was not prepared for; We, Don and Maura Ann Major, as her Grandparents, are asking on the behalf of Lil Ann’s parents, Ansariah Musafir and DeAntoine Perkins, for your help in any way that you can provide. We would greatly appreciate any donations you can give that will help with the costs of the funeral, burial and other expenses for our sweet Angel Baby.
