Last Saturday our family suffered a tremendous tragedy, our son Orlando Lewis Jr. 30 years old along with his wife Shanta Lewis and Mother in Law Rose Pettus were killed instantly in a horrifying car crash. We are grateful that our beautiful granddaughter survived this crash with only a broken leg and a few scratches. Our family is suffering now and need your help to make sure we bury Orlando with a proper burial. Orlando was my oldest son through marriage and he was a joy. He was humble, always willing to help and showed so much love. He always showed such mannerism to others. We just seen the entire family the week before this accident. We always enjoyed seeing and spending time with them and the grandkids, Khloe, Marky and Jermiah. Orlando and his Dad had a bond that was strong. They spoke, texted and even face time each other every single day. The pain is undescribed, the hurt is unbearable. When I say I was blessed to have Orlando in my life. I was. The best son and big brother. He was a great brother to his little brother “Bird” whom made him into the person he is today. He was a lovable father to all three of his kids. And he was the son that we were truly proud of especially the man that he became. We are reaching out to friends and families to make sure we are able to bury Orlando Jr. properly. We need the funds ASAP. We are all hurting and grieving differently. But when parents lose a child it leaves you speechless and a part of your heart is broken forever. As a family, we are grateful that God bless us with Orlando Jr. his infectious smile and beautiful sprit will go on in each of us forever.
