Help Me Finish My Bachelor's Degree

My name is Bobbi, and I am a single mom/grandma seeking to finish school. I have almost finished the long road of earning my Bachelor’s degree. I will be graduating in June of 2015. However, I recently learned that I have almost completely exhausted all of my student loans and I will be unable to pay for my tuition, not to mention buy my books, and living expenses. I already live on an extremely tight budget as it is.
Last year, June of 2013 I learned that I have type 2 diabetes. I have become very active in the fight against diabetes. I am a full-time volunteer as an Assistant Health Educator at a non-profit clinic while I finish school. I facilitate workshops to help those with chronic conditions and also with diabetes in order to help them become self-managers in their own lives. I also facilitate a support group for those with diabetes. Once I have earned my Bachelor’s degree I hope to become a full time Health Educator. I am in need of funding to achieve this goal. I am determined to finish so that I can continue to help others combat diabetes....but I cannot do that without help. Please help me.
