Rainbow Flag Attack
Bullies are hiding everywhere and in every age group. They are living around you and ready to attack when the opportunity arises. At 72 years old retired and living in an over 55 community I am now being attacked by my HOA for the RAINBOW FLAG that I have been flying outside my home for a few years now after moving here full time from Miami and South Beach with my partner of 38 years. After writing a letter to the President of the HOA questioning a few issues relating to the community , the HOA board tried to discredit and defame me to the point where I have employed an attorney at 350 per hour, to defend me. The HOA has formed a rules & regulations committee to change rules to include my flag not being allowed and adopting the Florida State Statues law. Chances are, they could be successful because Rainbow Flags are not protected by Florida State Statues. But, perhaps we could end up leading a charge to change the law. anything is possible.
