Rebuilding After Irmageddon

Donation protected

I'm a Floridian who happened to be in Virginia when they announced that Irmageddon was about to happen. We stayed here, not knowing why.

Except now I know why.  We own a Ford F-250 pickup with an 8 foot bed.  We have access to a 16 foot flatbed trailer.  We're leaving as soon as the path is clear and safe, and we're loading it up with building supplies, because we know people are going to need it.

I have family and friends in Florida.  They're going to need it. I have people I don't know in Florida, they're going to need it.  FEMA is almost out of money after Harvey. Insurance will take time to send money, if the damage is even covered.

By the way, my husband and I are very fortunate, so these are NOT supplies for my home, although it might have extensive damange.  This is for others who can't afford to fix their homes, or to stay somewhere else, and the first responders who are staying to help  them.

Anything you can contribute will be used 100% towards the supplies for others.

Please help when it's most critical.
