Many people today are facing significant hardships, from economic uncertainty to a lack of stable, supportive communities. Inspired by these challenges, I am launching a project to create a self-sustaining community in Arizona—one that offers families, friends, and relatives a chance to build a better, more secure future together. Arizona was chosen for its affordable land, strong solar potential, and a regulatory environment that supports small-scale infrastructure projects, making it ideal for a careful, phased approach centered on sustainability and long-term stability.

 Phase One of this initiative focuses on the essential groundwork: identifying and acquiring suitable land, planning for a small solar micro-farm, and laying the early infrastructure needed for long-term success. By starting with solar, we can establish early infrastructure independence and evaluate the long-term sustainability of the project. This stage is all about feasibility and durability, ensuring that every step is taken with care and responsibility.
