For those managing a chronic illness, losing access to clean water, food, medication, or safe housing can quickly become life-threatening.

<div>As a registered non-profit organisation with an established presence in Jamaica and the UK, My Friend Jen is committed to stepping in and providing targeted support. With the help of your donations, we plan to:

<div>For years, My Friend Jen has worked to educate, empower, and support people affected by sickle cell through workshops, advocacy, and community outreach. In Jamaica, we’ve already donated books to hospitals, supplied a water dispenser to the Sickle Cell Unit, and partnered with others to provide care packages and meals for patients and healthcare professionals.
