rose family cabin

hi friends, family and neighbours,

we're the rose family and we could use some help building our cabin.

we spent the last 2 years struggling with unstable housing and various other challenges. its been a dark and lonely time.

all that was set to change in august.  we were given an incredible opportunity to create a family homestead in the forest. we arrived excited to begin. days later we experienced a family emergency. we left to be with family.

upon our return our trailer fell through, as well as our generator. we slept outside in the smoke and the rain. waking up with the ravens has been life changing and also hard on our bodies and spirits.

fast forward a few months and we are still sleeping outside but also close to moving into our new cabin, which we've built ourselves. we have family near by who came to help us build. what a blessing.

building a home while sleeping in our car has been challenging in ways we never expected, and at the same time we are so grateful for this learning opportunity. and also for the incredible support being shown to us through this crowdfunder.
