<div>Asalamu’alaikum,

<div>This fundraiser is to build a mosque for my beloved grandma, Fatima Khalifa Ibrahim who returned to her Lord in her home in Melbourne, Australia on the 16th of June 2023. May Allah have mercy on her soul.

<div>We hope to purchase a small mosque in Africa, through the MATW project. It will cost between $10,000 to $30,000. For more information, please see the link <a href="https://matwproject.org/product/masjids-dawah" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><a href="https://matwproject.org/product/masjids-dawah/" target="_blank" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://matwproject.org/product/masjids-dawah/</a></a> (<a href="https://matwproject.org/product/masjids-dawah/)" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><a href="https://matwproject.org/product/masjids-dawah/" target="_blank" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://matwproject.org/product/masjids-dawah/</a>)</a>

<div>Born in Halhal, Eritrea she helped as many poor people and orphans as possible by clothing them, giving them food &amp; money to survive. She raised - with her amazing husband - 8 children, and when he passed away she continued to raise her children alone. She also raised my grandfather’s second wife’s children as her own and when her sister passed away, her children as well.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My grandmother arrived in Australia in the 90's as a humanitarian refugee from Sudan with her nephew &amp; niece and her husband’s children. Since she has arrived she continued to support as many people as she could overseas.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For this reason, we want to dedicate a masjid in her name as a continuous charity (sadaqa jaariya) for her. Just as she was always ready to lend a helping hand and support others, we can help build a mosque in my grandmother’s name to continue her legacy of Sadaqa and supporting those in need.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We ask Allah (S.W.T) to bestow his mercy on her and enter her into the highest level of paradise, allahuma ameen.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>May Allah reward everyone who donates, big or small, and grant us all a good life and a good ending like my grandmother.
