Build a future for The Well

Donation protected
Sunday’s Well RFC, a community rugby club based in Cork, Ireland, has undertaken it's largest infrastructure project in decades. Our new state of the art gym will house and support amateur rugby teams from underage through to senior ranks.

Sundays’s Well RFC is also the home of the Sunday’s Well Rebels mixed ability rugby team, as well as a host of the 2021 International Mixed Ability Rugby Tournament. Sunday's Well Rebels began training together in January 2014 and almost 5 years later have experienced an incredible journey featuring n two Mixed Ability World Tournaments and growing hugely in numbers.

“The Well“ are appealing for your support in order to ensure this project gets completed. As has been the case for many clubs and organisations throughout the country, the impact of COVID-19 has had a significant effect on our ability to run fundraising and sponsorship activities. We are calling on your help and relying on our loyal supporters to enable us to complete this project and create a facility which all our members and players will cherish.

As part of the fundraising campaign, our players have started their “The Well Run Around The Moon in 40 Days”.  Players from all ages in the club are taking on this challenging task of running around the moon (10,921km).  The Seniors, Rebels (Mixed Ability Team) and all our under age teams will be doing their bit and logging their distances to ensure we get around the Moon before we get out of the current lockdown!
