Hey, friends. We hope you're feeling healthy! As many of you know, virus season has shut down all the bars & restaurants in the state, including our beloved Buffalo. Unfortunately this means our entire staff has lost their income, so we came together to create this campaign to help pay for necessities throughout the remainder of the shutdown.
We depend on our community the same way our patrons depend on us for tasty cocktails. So while we're all stuck at home, we decided to create a cocktail recipe book so you can properly imbibe during the quarantine. Obviously, the drinks might taste a lil' different without all the atmosphere and sex appeal of Buffalo, but we're hoping these recipes assuage your separation anxiety.
We're calling it the Buffalo Cocktail Bible, and we're giving access to any donors of $25 or more! This will be a digital document full of cocktail recipes perfect for home bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts alike. Drinks will include staff standby's, forgotten gems, and crowd favorites like the Tommy Shelby (hold for applause). The original document will include 12 cocktail recipes, but we will be periodically adding new recipes over time!
Of course, every donation will be immensely appreciated by the staff during this strange time. We plan to split all contributions evenly between our full-time staff members. While the lights are off at Buff, we will surely miss all your friendly faces, but we are looking forward to sunshine, spring flavors, and good times on the horizon!
