Bueng Tong Village Houses

We are a very small Fellowship in a rural part of the State of Oregon in the United States. We support a NGO in Phnom Penh, Cambodia called Wate of Life. They work to help boys and girls of all ages by providing food, shelter, and education to those who otherwise may not have the opportunity to afford such things.

Recently, 23 homes burnt down in their neighborhood and they have been working to help displaced families. We were made aware that a home can be replaced for $800 (yes, that’s correct!). Our church has very limited resources but we have been able to  fund two homes and almost have enough for a third! Many of the families have moved to other areas but there are still six who need shelter from the rain and other elements.  We want to come along side both WOL and the families and raise funds to go towards rebuilding these six homes.

With that in mind, we would like to ask other Water of Life supporters around the World to help meet this need by raising $5,000 to complete the construction of homes for the remaining six families.
